How I lost 6lbs in a Single Day

I recently did a video with AHA Founder Chris James on the YouTube channel about how I lost 6lbs in 1 day. When we teased this video in the Facebook group most people assumed it was only possible with dry fasting ( Fasting with no water or food) others called me a liar and basically said it’s an impossible achievement. They were all wrong but I understand why they would assume these positions.

Based upon the NIH government regulatory body, safe weight loss is about 1-2lbs per week max. This standard is set by looking at metabolism, a change in diet with a bit of moderate exercise. The problem with this equation is that we have all been through the process of eating chicken breast, white rice, and broccoli for weeks on end. We go to the gym 5 days a week doing endless cardio and low-weight, high reps with dumbells in order to “Tone” while we also lose weight. No shocker here but we end up losing about 25-30 lbs and then we hit that dreaded plateau finally everything comes to a screeching halt. Like a train that sees a car stuck on the tracks, the body seems to pull the emergency brake and the regular brakes to slow down the momentum. The problem we have in this scenario is that we never were focused on fat loss to begin with. The body is dumping massive inflammation and we are not putting the body in a state to actually decrease fat, so after the inflammation is gone, we hit a point when the losses stop. We are told just to decrease calories even further, or increase exercise. Our trainers tell us “You must be cheating because you should be losing weight.” We are forced to increase our workouts even further use sauna suits and dehydrate our bodies praying that on Monday morning when we get on the scale, we see a 1-2 lbs decrease. Let’s not even talk about when everything goes perfect and the scale goes up a pound or doesn’t even move… Why does all of this happen?!

I have not seen a 6lbs single day decrease on the scale in almost 4 years, and that was when I was well over 325lbs and in my first week of fasting. Before this single-day loss, I had been fasting on a 6/1 schedule for 40 days and lost over 25 lbs, I took a 7-day family trip and began my summer detox again, just from eating at home I had lost about 2 lbs from the vacation. On day 1 I began my fasting and lost about 2.1 lbs (that’s a huge day for me) The 2nd day I used the technology patches of X39 and SP6 and lost a whopping 6 lbs, the next day was 3 lbs. The next two days were 1 lb a day. I finished my fasting with this combination of therapies together. I had lost about 13 lbs in 5 days. In this trial, they used 9 Females and 1 male to test the claim that SP6 will increase the functionality of the organs. They tested participants before using the patch to gain a baseline and again after 1 week of usage. In the summary of the image, you will see there was a significant increase in the physiologic functional status of the liver, pancreas, kidneys, intestines, hypothalamus, the adrenal glands, the kidneys, and one of the most important the thyroid. These organs are all responsible for detoxification and signaling which is how the body actually talks to each other and tells the fat to release its components which results in fat loss.

In this trial, they had a total of 69 participants, 60 Females, and 9 Males… The members were all measured and weighed at the start of the trial and then after 4 weeks were measured and weighed again. Members ate 2 Meals a day and had a meal replacement shake for 1 meal. This was to replicate a slight change to a healthier diet, other than that they did not change their diets, and the trial was done during the holiday season when unhealthy foods are abundant. At the end of the study, participants showed an average weight decrease of 4.92-6.2lbs and an average waistline decrease of 1.53-1.83 Inches. These are considered clinical successes in weight loss whether you decide to use fasting or not.

So Stephen, what does all of this mean? If you want to lose fat you need to decrease the toxins in the fat cells, place the body in a state to utilize the nutrition stored, and be hydrated so the body can release the stored water. If we do this we decrease actual fat. A decrease in calories whether it be with fasting, Omad, intermittent fasting or a reduction in the amount you eat, satisfies that category. If we drink plenty of water and eat more hydrating foods the body can use that water to replace the water in fat stores and flush the contents. Lastly, we must be in a state for the organs to signal to release toxins and be able to process them via detox pathways.
